Kelkin
Kelkin are a well known health brand across Ireland that provide a good selection of gluten free food. Their food is clearly labelled for gluten free but just check your society food list for options. They are available in most supermarkets. They have cereal, bread, biscuits, pizza bases and one of my own favourites, the sourdough bread. Their dark chocolate covered rice cakes are another nice treat, it feels like a sweet fix but healthy as well. Leave some feedback on products you’ve tried here.
Dietary Specials
Dietary Specials are a well known brand of gluten free products. They have recently expanded their frozen range with some gluten free pies, sausage rolls and of course their pizza, a nice treat for all, but especially kids to feel included in the family pizza night! Leave a comment of what you’ve found and where to help other coeliacs source the food.
Juvela
Juvela are a well known gluten free brand available in most supermarkets around Ireland. They have a full range of breads, rolls, flours and cereals. The Bread rolls just need refreshed in the microwave and they are actually quite soft and not dry like some longlife gluten free products. They do have pasta available as well but as yet I haven’t seen it in the Irish supply chain, however, if you know different, let us know where you’ve seen it.

A Caviston
A Cavistons in Greystones, County Wicklow is a fantastic venue to get good quality ingredients, many of which are naturally gluten free. If you fancy a bite to eat, they’ll even cook the fish that you pick from the counter if you can’t find something on their menu.
