Lynches Cafe

Lynches Cafe is situated in the heart of Galway in Shop Street.  It’s an upstairs venue so don’t walk past.  They have a great gluten free selection.  I managed to eat my breakfast here and had a gorgeous home baked gluten free scone and steaming hot strong coffee! Perfect.  Coeliac aware and plenty of options.  They are also very family friendly and kept my children occupied with crayons and colouring in. Lovely relaxing venue for breakfast, lunch or a cuppa!

De Light Health Cafe

The De Light Health Cafe in the Kingfisher Club have gluten free breakfast bars and any of their sandwiches can be made on gluten free bread.  Always state that you are coeliac so that they are aware of cross contamination issues.

Cafe Sol

La Tasca

La Tasca is a Spanish Tapas Restaurant based within the Odyssey complex in Belfast that has gluten free dining options.  Whether you are going to a concert or visiting W5, you’ll find some gluten free fare in this venue.  The menu is clearly marked with the dishes that are gluten free.

Sseduced

Sseduced will be Ireland’s first Raw Restaurant, opened in early 2012. No food is cooked over 42 degrees. This is a really healthy approach to food, but it sounds far from bland. With the food being raw, a lot of it is naturally gluten free. Sil sounds like she knows her stuff, so just inform her at the time of booking that you are coeliac. A Cavistons in Greystones, County Wicklow is a fantastic venue to get good quality ingredients, many of which are naturally gluten free. If you fancy a bite to eat, they’ll even cook the fish that you pick from the counter if you can’t find something on their menu.
