Not only are staff aware of coeliacs and the importance of gluten free, their menu clearly states what dishes are suitable for the gluten free diet. They say that 90% of their main courses are gluten free and even go as far as having recommendations for coeliacs. Indian food by nature is often gluten free as chick pea flour is usually favoured.
This is a fantastic family run Italian restaurant in Maynooth, County Kildare. Italian food is not always first choice for us coeliacs but in fact, here, it’s not an issue.
