The Parson’s Nose in Hillsborough, County Down, is a gastropub that has a separate gluten free menu. Hillsborough is a really scenic village and worth a visit for the beautiful church, fort, courthouse and of course Hillsborough Castle. The Parson’s Nose is a 1700s converted Georgian Townhouse with plenty of atmosphere. They are coeliac aware and have a very comprehensive gluten free menu so you are most definitely not missing out on a wonderful menu.
