Saison Bar and Restaurant opened in May 2014. The restaurant menu is french inspired and designed around the best available seasonal produce. The ingredients are sourced from the best of local artisan producers. The team in Saison are coeliac aware and dishes can be adapted for gluten free. The menu may not state this, but much of the ingredients are top quality and naturally gluten free.
