We are a family run butchers since 1927, all our products are handmade using natural casings, and we specialise in gluten-free sausages, black and white pudding and sausage meat for coeliacs, and for anyone who is gluten-intolerant. The Hicks family have coelics in their family and are really understanding of the needs and happy to advise on suitable products.
