The gluten-free beer Daura Damm won on 2013, for the third consecutive year, the “Superior taste” award at The International Taste & Quality Institute of Brussels. It also won the Gold Medal, twice in a row, in the Gluten-Free Lager category at the World Beer Championships (2011 and 2012) . Recently Daura received the Highly Commended award at the 2014 FreeFrom Food Awards.
Every Daura bottle is certified by the Gluten Unit at Spain’s Scientific Research Council to have a gluten content below 3ppm, complying with the Codex Alimentarius
