Come and renew your joy of baking in a relaxed & fun environment. We understand the difficulties of a gluten-free diet and through much research, trial and error have come up with a collection of dependable recipes which our students take great pleasure in baking and eating. We’ve come up with some interesting flour alternatives as well as finding some really versatile flour blends to save you having to buy a multitude of flours that end up sitting for years in your store cupboard!
Classes are typically 3 hours and we sit down after to taste everything as it comes out of the oven. Don’t forget to bring some tupperware as you take home what you make.
