Anglers Rest is part of the Wrights Group, a well known name around Dublin. The Anglers offer fantastic gluten free food at a reasonable cost. They don’t have a specific gluten free menu, however, the staff are coeliac aware and happy to advise you on suitable dishes. If they are unsure, they always check with the chef.
