Sseduced will be Ireland’s first Raw Restaurant, opened in early 2012. No food is cooked over 42 degrees. This is a really healthy approach to food, but it sounds far from bland. With the food being raw, a lot of it is naturally gluten free. Sil sounds like she knows her stuff, so just inform her at the time of booking that you are coeliac.
