Sseduced will be Ireland’s first Raw Restaurant, opened in early 2012. No food is cooked over 42 degrees. This is a really healthy approach to food, but it sounds far from bland. With the food being raw, a lot of it is naturally gluten free. Sil sounds like she knows her stuff, so just inform her at the time of booking that you are coeliac. The Gluten Free Foodie makes fresh soda bread, bracks and cakes. These are beautiful and moist, not like so many mass produced gluten free breads that are very dry. A welcome addition to the market.
