The Arboretum in Carlow, are a stockist of the still little known, Nutritious Nibbles, Gourmet Gluten Free Cookies. These have already won a number of awards and although I haven’t tasted them as yet they look rather scrumptious! So if you’re in the area, now you know where to go for your cuppa and cookie.
