The Pheasant is situated in Annahilt, just outside Hillsborough, County Down. This Gastropub provides seasonal fare at reasonable prices. They also have a separate gluten free menu so they are competent in preparing safe food for coeliacs. Lovely environment, close to Hillsborough village where you can enjoy a lovely forest walk. Steaks, Duck, Chicken and Fish are all on the coeliac menu, plenty of choice.
