Marks and Spencer have their own gluten free bread and cakes. They are also a very friendly coeliac store with quite a comprehensive listing in the coeliac food guide as to suitable foods. Marks and Spencer have all of their own foods labelled with the cross grain symbol if they are suitable for coeliacs.
